  Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) is a chemical used in the production of polyurethanes, primarily for flexible foam applications including furniture, bedding and carpet underlay, as well as packaging applications. TDI is also used in the manufacture of coatings, sealants, adhesives and elastomers.

• MDI Diphenyl Methane Di Iso Cyanate

  Methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) is a chemical used in the production of polyurethanes for many applications. MDI is used primarily in the production of rigid polyurethane foams used for insulation for your home or refrigerator, and many other uses.

• Polyol Conventional 3000MV/3500MV

  Polyol Conventional Low molecular weight polyols are widely used in polymer chemistry, where they function as crosslinking agents. Alkyd resins for example are used in paints and in moulds for casting. They are the dominant resin or “binder” in most commercial “oil-based” coatings.

• Caustic Soda

• Stannous Octoate

  Gel Catalyst It’s mostly common used gel catalyst in the production of flexible polyurethane foams.

• Silicone Surfactant

  Stabilizing agent – It’s high efficiency Silicone -Polyol block co polymer used in production of Polyether Polyol based flexible foams .

• Foam hardener

  Enhances foam hardness

• Amine 33

  Catalyst – This catalyst used in manufacture of all types of Polyurethane Foams

• TCPP

  Light Yellow transparent liquid – Flame retardant for Polyurethane foamed hard plastics and unsaturated polyester resin

• Calcium Carbonate

  White Powder It’s additive used to increase foam hardness
